Tamasopo

Tamasopo is situated 207 km from San Luis Potosi City by the federal highway 70 in the State of San Luis Potosi, Mexico; you can get Tamasopo by car or bus and the train work only for factorys.

Tamasopo is a place with high mountains covered with jungle and crossed by rivers which form waterfalls situated two kilometers to the north of the town and a pool five meters in depth with an extensive beach area.

Another attraction in Tamasopo is El Puente de Dios (the Bridge of God), which is a natural arch between two hills over the Tamasopo River.

The regional Sugar Cane Fair, is celebrated in March (10th-19th).
