Day 01:
Tuxtla Gutierrez, Cahuare, Sumidero Canyon & Chiapa de Corzo
  • Reception at Tuxtla Gutierrez airportchiapa de corzo in chiapas state, mexico / Photo by Victor H. Mireles.
  • Transfer to Cahuare (30 minutes) to take a motor boat to visit the impressive Sumidero Canyon (approx. 2 hours)
  • Continue to Chiapa de Corzo for a short visit of the place and the Santo Domingo church, the lacquer museum (closed on Monday), launch in typical restaurant.
  • Visit to the Miguel Alvarez del Toro zoo visit, to appreciate the Chiapas state fauna in its natural habitat.
  • Accommodations in the hotel
  • 19:00 hrs, Visit to Marimba park. To listen the music of the place and dance if you like to.
  • Free dinner.
  • Overnight.
Day 02: 08:00 hrs.
Tuxtla Gutierrez, San Fernando, Tecpatan, Tecpatan, Coapilla, Copainala
  • Full day dedicated to a panoramic trip for a linguistic Maya Zoque group and convents route, to know the people, their history; their towns are hemmed in hollows like paintings forced out from dreams and the gorgeous nature of the Chiapaneca mountain range in its coffee and cacao plantations.
  • From Tuxtla dive to San Fernando 18 km away. Visit of 45 minutes, to see the park, walk and taking photos.
  • Next go to Tecpatan, 49 km away. To visit the ruins of a Dominic convent and 45 minutes to go to Actopan River, swim if you wish and come back.
  • Continue for 42 km to Coapilla, is a simple town with magnificent landscapes, walking 200 mts to Verde Lagoon, here we take a box lunch
  • After, take an oars boat to a 30 minutes route. Return to Capainala, visit to an antique convent and local church.
  • Return to Tuxtla Gutierrez.
  • Overnight.
Day 03: 08:30 hrs.
Ocozocuautla, Cintalapa, Puerto Arista
  • After breakfast visit to regional museum where are exposed the pieces of the archeological sites in the State.
  • Drive to Ocozocuatla 47kms away. 30 minutes of visit.
  • After take the route to “fosa de las Cotorras” (Copal top), crossing unforgettable landscapes of volcanic rocks, 13 km of not pavement routes
  • Visit to this magnificent pit and a 2 hrs route to appreciate the vegetation of this place and some native paintings, (don’t forget to bring your binoculars with you), lunch in a local restaurant optional or continue to the small city of Cintalapa for lunch (included). 
  • Continue to Puerto Arista o Arriaga city, depending of the Hotel of preference.
  • Free dinner.
  • Overnight.
Day 04: 09:00 hrs.
Cabeza de Toro, Laguna de la Joya, Boca del cielo
  • Drive to the town Cabeza de Toro, to take a motor boat to make a route of approx. 2 ½ hrs in the Cabeza de toro Lagoon, Joya lagoon and arrive to Boca del Cielo, see the open sea, in the route you can fish and watch the flora and fauna of the place, disembark in the beach and free time, in a convenient hour lunch bases in fresh fish and shrimps.
  • Return to the Hotel.
  • Overnight.
Day 05: 07:00 hrs.
Huixtla, Tapachula
  • Breakfast at 07:00 hrs. Am
  • 08:00 hrs. Drive to Embarcadero de las garzas to take a motor boat to begin with a great trip of approx 2 ½  hrs, in the biosphere reserve, in the middle of the mangles watching the local flora and fauna; descend the Zacapulco bar to enjoy the solitude and the natural state of the beach.
  • Continue to Huixtla city, to a Chinese food in this place, arrive at 15:30 pm, the way are beautiful landscapes and a magnificent view of the Huixtla stone.
  • After the meal, take to the most original trail station of the country and continue to Tapachula city.
  • Accommodations in the hotel.
  • Free dinner.
  • Overnight.
     
Day 06: 06:15 hrs.
Izapa, Union Juarez, Santo Domingo
  • After breakfast, drive to Izapa, to visit an archeological site of Mixo Zoque culture (medium preclasic), walking through cacao, banana and coffee plantations to visit A and B groups where are the wakes and altars, after visit to the third part of the site where is the great plaza and the platforms.
  • Drive to Union Juarez, small town which is called the Chiapanec Swiss for the Hugh Mountain, hemmed in the Tacana volcano, where we can have magnificent landscapes of the volcano and the Hugh stone Pico de Loro.
  • Continue with the tourist road stop of Santo Domingo for lunch.
  • Visit the museum and benefit of the coffee and return to Tapachula.
  • Rest of the afternoon free.
  • Overnight.
Day 07: 08:00 hrs.
Puerto Madero
, Laguna cabildos
  • Departure to green route through the Chinos community, where we visit the coffee ranches of Hamburgo. Irlanda, Violeta and Segovia, and the San Francisco waterfall and the possibility of taking a refreshing bath.
  • Drive to Puerto Madero, with its lonely beaches to swim, walk and possibly try to fish over the breakwaters, food and visit the Cabildos lagoon where can be done a Cayuco trip.
  • Return to Tapachula.
  • Overnight.
Day 08: 09:00 hrs.
Tapachula
  • Star with the visit to San Agustin Parrish, Palace and the Regional museum where it’s find the Mesoamerican history of Soconusco.
  • Free time for shopping, transfer to the airport to take fly back.
  • End of services.
